Couch to 5k Overview

Our C25K, is a fantastic programme that’s been designed to get you running 5 kilometers over an extended programme of between 9 and 13 weeks.  Its secret is that it’s a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, starting off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly building up until you’re ready to run 5 kilometers.  The 9 week programme would be appropriate for anyone coming back to running after injury or a break.

**ENTRY EXTENDED:  Programme now starting Monday 26th February**

Our 7th cohort of Beverley Athletic Clubs popular Couch to 5k programme starts on 29th January 2024.  This 14 week programme will culminate in a graduation run at Beverley Westwood Parkrun on Saturday the 4th or 11th May 2024.  Cost £15, including memento t-shirt and discounted membership to Beverley Athletic Club in the first year.
