Couch to 5k Overview

C25K, is a fantastic programme that’s been designed to get you running 5 kilometers in just 9 weeks. Its secret is that it’s a gentle introduction to getting the body moving, starting off alternating between walking and running small distances, and slowly building up until after 9 weeks, you’re ready to run 5 kilometers. This programme would be appropriate for anyone coming back to running after injury or a break.

Here comes Beverley ‘Couch to 5k’!

We will  be running a 3rd programme to introduce you to running, possibly in March 2020.  This confidence giving course will take you from non-runner to 5k in 9 or 15 weeks.  Read more by having a look at these Frequently Asked Questions.  This programme is ideal for people returning to injury.
