On Wednesday evening 23rd March Beverley AC invited other local clubs to join is in a fund raiser for Ukraine. We invited Barton and District Athletic Club to join us, who also run in yellow and blue, as a mark of solidarity for our Ukrainian friends. Around 120 people dressed in their club colours and enjoyed run routes around Beverley of between 3 and 7 miles. Through the generous donations of everyone, in providing raffle prizes and a wonderful spread of buffet food, we enjoyed a really lovely evening and raised £1000 for the Disasters Emergency Committee. Our thanks to all who came and supported, and to BADAC for topping up the donation pot to tip it over the £1000 mark!
