East Yorkshire’s premier 10km road running race!  Starting at 10:00am outside Beverley Minster, running through the glorious Westwood common land, and spectacular finish through the town centre.  Entry is £18 for UKA Affiliated Club Members and £20 for all other entrants.  1st – 7th male and female; 1st and 2nd male and female U19, V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65; 1st place male and female V70, V75 and V80+.  1st and 2nd placed male and female teams (3 runners to count, team vests must be worn).  Team prizes may not be awarded on the day, to allow for the results to be verified.  Prizes are awarded based on chip times.  All finishers will receive a technical T-shirt or can opt out and a donation will be made to Cherry Tree Community Centre, Beverley (minimum £2.50)

East Yorkshire’s premier road running short race over 2k (1.2 miles)!  Starting at 09:00am in Wednesday Market, running two loops of the quaint town centre.  Entry is £5.  Chip timed.  Short race prizes:  under 11, under 13, under 15, under 17 in both male and female categories.  Any age welcomed.  Under 8’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  All finishers will receive a medal.

East Yorkshire’s Premier 10km road race starts at Eastgate, outside the Beverley Minster at 10:00am. It then passes through the North Bar and across the Westwood common land to the west of the town towards Walkington. Runners then return through Beverley’s Saturday Market Place and pedestrianised streets to the finish at Wednesday Market.  Course cut-off is 90 minutes.

Wheelchair entrants please contact for details.  We do not allow runners to participate with dogs.  The wearing of headphones, earphones, or similar devices (including bone conductor) is prohibited and runners wearing them risk disqualification.

Numbers will not be posted.  All runners, both short race and 10k entrants, will need to collect your race number and timing chip from the college.  Numbers can be collected from 12 noon to 4:00pm on Saturday 11th May or from 8:00am on Sunday 13th May.

Local charity Cherry Tree Community Association were selected by Beverley Athletic Club members as beneficiaries of this year’s races and will be in attendance over the weekend.  About CTCA…

If you would prefer to make a donation instead of receiving a t-shirt, then please choose the appropriate option below.  This will be a donation of approximately £2.50.  If you would like to make an additional donation or take the t-shirt AND also donate, you have that option too.

In line with many major events, we do not allow refunds or deferrals. However, we do allow entry transfers to another runner.  Online transfers are possible up to 14:00 on Wednesday 8th May.  We do not offer deferrals.  If you cannot run after this date but wish to transfer the entry, please contact bevacraces@gmail.com.

Many thanks for entering the Pittaway Beverley 10K on 12th  May 2024.  Race number collection will be on the weekend of the race 12 mid-day until 4pm on Saturday and from 8:00 am on Sunday morning. Race details will be emailed 7 – 10 days before race day.
